Hi, I'm Helen - founder of Roots & Reeds - Yoga and Wellness.

This is a space I've created for people like you to pause, breathe, and come back to yourself.

 

At Roots & Reeds, we offer a sanctuary for you to reconnect, restore and thrive. Combining yoga, breathwork, meditation and holistic therapies like Reiki, we help you bridge the gap between feeling busy and finding calm. Whether you're running on autopilot, craving stillness, or simply seeking time for yourself, you're in the right place. 

 

Our approach is grounded, nurturing, and intuitive - supporting your mind, body, and spirit to feel more balanced, more spacious and more you.
